Terms of Service

Not financial advice. Shepherd provides informational trading signals generated by an automated technical-analysis engine. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
Crypto trading risk. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Prices can move sharply against a position with no warning, and you can lose some or all of the capital you trade with. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results.
On "halal" screening. Shepherd applies a technical, rules-based filter intended to exclude instruments and trade structures commonly considered non-compliant under Sharia principles (e.g. excessive interest-bearing exposure, certain derivatives, gambling-linked tokens). This is a best-effort automated screen, not a religious ruling (fatwa), and we do not claim certification from any Sharia advisory board. If Sharia compliance is a material factor in your decision to trade a given asset, consult a qualified Islamic finance scholar independently.

The Service

Shepherd scans public market data and surfaces signals (entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels) across multiple trade styles. Signals are generated algorithmically and are provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. We never hold funds or withdraw from your account. If you connect a trade-only Binance key (paid plan), Shepherd places, moves or cancels exit orders and sells positions only when you tap an action — never on its own. You remain responsible for every order, and orders can fail, fill at a worse price, or not fill at all in fast markets.

Access

Some features may require an access token or invite. We may suspend or revoke access at our discretion, including for abuse of the Service, attempts to circumvent rate limits, or reverse-engineering the signal engine.

Acceptable use

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shepherd and its operator are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or other damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any signal it produces. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Governing law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under generally recognized principles of international commercial practice. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt good-faith resolution directly. (This is a placeholder — for real enforceability you'll eventually want to name one specific country's law and courts/arbitration body. Happy to revisit this once you've decided where the business will be formally based.)

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
